It sounds like you're probably very stressed. Be gentle on yourself, eat well, journal, meditate and get plenty of rest. Your mind is probably too focused on graduation and putting a lot of emphasis on graduating as well. Try to think about your family, friends, pets etc and have gratitude for them. You have things to live for, your mind just forgot about them right now so help it pull them back into focus. Good luck.
