try to divert your mind in another thing like the things you like to do and make yourself busy and also spent tym with your loved ones, you have to accept the things and forgive yourself bc if you think it is your mistake then I tell it's help you to show the real self or mentality of your friend, try to move on and make as much better that she will feel guilty that what she has done to you rn

i understand what are you trying to say, as a girl , i feel that most of the girl needs a boy best friend bc boys are less judgemental than girls and keep their secrets forever and understand their feelings but when that guy proposed them for whom they don't have such kind feelings, they feel insecure so they do such things but if they thinks that guy as a friend they really try to sort the things out ,
