I don't know what happened to me I always feel im going to have a heart attack and had symptoms but when I had tests it came negative but why I feeling this...i'm just 18 years old

Most probably you are having panic attacks. if the symptoms are recurrent and have been there for more than 2 weeks, consult a Psychiatrist. P.S.- nothing to worry about, it totally resolves with treatment
