I got to know frm someone else and then I forced him to tell me the truth and then told me everything. that yes he cheated on me.

if he is apologizing then that's fine atleast he knows it's his fault. and the fact he cheated and 4years back and after that he has been loyal means that's a good sign. but here i would like you to be cautious. there are less chances that he will cheat again but you need to take a break. i would suggest you to take a break for a month.

oh. okay. if your friends are not supporting then you should think about it. and for that you need a month of break. just tell him you need break. and logout from every social media. complete no contact for a month. in these 30days spend time with yourself. work on yourself. and then you will get the answer should you be with him or not

I don't think that it will be a solution on my part, because I am not very good in health . am under strict medication .so I need to take a permanent decision.

i think taking break is the best solution coz you will get enough of time for taking the decision.

it's ur decision. what if u take break n mean time u feel like left alone and decide to leave. what about all those five years u invested. everyone makes mistakes. there is a way to correct it not to aggravate it. there is no guaranty in any relationship. its just trust, belief, acceptance and apologies that matters

I m not saying that she shud accept what he did and let him continue to do it. both of them can talk and reach out to solution. if their difference continue and boy doesn't accept what is his mistake then she can take her decision. but just to cut off for one month do not gonna solve problem. ultimately it's her decision and I said it on first line. my intention is that one cannot break relationship just for four year old mistake. instead accept apologies and move forward with clear resolute to not do same mistake. and grumpyts, come out of ur blind trust and ask question on everything u feel that is necessary
