my close ones don't understand my anxiety. sometimes they judge me for sharing my problems so I stopped sharing my prblms with anyone..they even judge me for having anxiety also. I really feel empty and numb..not only this many other things r going on in life rn. I'm anyway overly sensitive can't take this..how much crying will be enough for this pain.?

no I haven't.  I always pretend and make myself believe tht I'm a strng woman. I can handle this and anyway whenever I really wanted to share my feelings people judged me. I'm so done

we won't judge u bcz we r some how like u nly. so, u can share everything that bothers u over here and if u can then visit a councellor by urself. no need to depend on anyone.

see there are circles in which you can participate and talk to a psychologist here in circles or you can just post what you are feeling

its same for every one with anxiety.. when u take help from therapist..kindly understand the root cause and find good therapist to bring out all ur negative thoughts
