hey, well sensitivity is dependent on genetic behaviour also. Like parents. It's biological sometimes. You can read about highly sensitive people. Secondly buddy it's ur environment that incluences, particularly ur upbringing, the kind of bond you have with your parents. If u r in a controlling environment and if u r in a very free environment where u can speak ur mind. It's all ur environment. Then I would say your past experiences obviously.

Being emotional and sensitive is completely fine. It is a quality you should embrace. I am a highly sensitive person. I had a hard time adjusting with friends in medical college. I used to believe I need to change being emotional isn't good for me. But then with time i accepted myself. I learnt that it's my basic nature to be sensitive .

Being sensitive gives us compassion, we have a great power of thinking. I would say thinking means u can put ur thinking into craft like creating new ideas creative like writing painting. Sensitive people are more intelligent because of perception of things at deeper level that occurs at sponal cord. I would say all great scientists think alot in right direction. It's great if ur sensitive. Put ur mind in right direction.

Last practise yoga, excercise and chanting ur life will change for sure

it's hard to keep up with them ... some time people outgrow mentally... it's like taking a reverse drive to keep up with people around ....

some people protect them self so hard ....
