i feel like I'm dum i don't have brain to use like i have brain but i don't have a brain to use. i don't know why everytime i just feel like I'm dum don't know about outer world and don't know how to communicate with people . and feels like they are more knowledgeable then me I'm just dum who listens to other and that's all

no, that's not true...if you listen and try to grab what your surroundings have to offer you are smart ...and maybe one day you will realise that how these people, they are also not good enough etc....I mean if you don't know things, people also lack so many things

but i feel this way after i suffer from OCD and anxiety . many times my brain go blank like  while communicating with others like my mouth is working but not my brain like i don't know what I'm saying at that point of time.but the i think about it and then i realise what is say or what i did .many times i have foggy mind.
