track ur sleep cycle, fix your bedtime atleast before 1:30pm . make sure u r getting at least 4-6hrs of sleep. if ur thoughts are spiralling too much- note down them(maintaining a jounel) , if u feel blank or numb, - trying listening to instrumental music you can connect to us here, and most important and difficult one : ACTUALLY MAKE EFFORTS TO IMPROVE UR CONDITION.
