even I have anxiety, it feels like challenge, but I do some breathing exercises, go for a walk ,write down things you r grateful for ,try to experience that particular moment when u felt so exited and happy feel that joy and promise yourself that I will soon experience that joy again ,this a temporary phase which everyone goes through in their lifetime..I WILL WIN THIS FOR SURE ..ALWAYS REMEMBER GOD LIVES YOU ....TAKE CARE
