u can do yoga or little exercise in morning n have healthy food. u cn also take multivitamin tablets if u feel so..
hey, i feel this exactly.. can't focus on work..just whenever i try to focus..problems starts coming..obviously vitamin deficiency can play role.. in my case from my other symptoms i got to know that i hv vitamin b12 deficiency..that even causes depressive symptoms!
