its hard to stop an addiction but porn is not good for health. what I would definitely do is watch some anime if not just some TV. I don't have a lot of friends but I would suggest hang out with them . I skateboard and that's what gets me out of my depression. try some new hobbies explore the world or even go out to eat. maybe exercise or study.
