not everyone is toxic all the time to everyone. if you feel some situation has made you toxic to an important person, work on your actions to change the outcome and keep toxicity out of your relationship with that person. maybe a friend a family member or a partner.

Just think..if you would have been at other people's place..would you like it.And even if this doesn't convince you..it means you want to hurt those people intentionally and in the end you 'll be hurt.So just calm your mind.Leave it for a while.
