first, you have to delete everything related to him (pictures, chats, etc). Sometimes we lose control and look through this stuff and it disturbs our healing process. Also, try to block him from everywhere so anyone fro. you don't try to keep contact and keep yourself distracted. Eventually, you will move on. Hope it will help.
