i am suffering from severe agoraphobia and i can't even go out of my house. I can't go to college also. I am so helpless right now. All these put me into severe anxiety and depression. What should i do now?

yeah, so if you feel like doing something, intially you have 2 decisions, sit on it or move on it. do you move or sit around after an idea hits your head.
