you need to do something..like make your self busy with the favourite things you enjoy to do it can be dancing playing games aur any other hobby of yours.. just keep busy.. when you will be busy in other stuff you don't get time to think. so it will be best to be busy doing things. read novel I suggest if you like reading you will be busy whole day in it you won't get time to think
