you should move on. i understand, you have created a bond with her whuch might have led to attraction. It doesn't matter if you talk to her or not as long as you have moved on.

I think you should talk to her not as previous but in a assertive way maybe. Like talk when anything is needed, help her if she asks, make sure you are not relying on her at the same time be there for her so she feels your value.
