I have anxiety disorder and I told my mom why I'm not able to handle school work cause I'm always anxious and overwhelmed but my mom told me when I was on leave for my sister wedding I was okay but when leave ended I again started being anxious she rudely told me it's all happening to me because I'm weak and I have no strength to face my fear she told me nobody is taking you to psychiatrist cause nobody in family see your symptoms and I'm lying and when you will become a psycho whol family is gonna take you to psychiatrist so don't complain and bear your problems unti you became a psycho

hey, I know parents don't understand easily. Try to control yourself take deep breaths when you get anxious and try to heal yourself as much as you can start meditation if your parents don't take you to a psychiatrist. Stay strong and keep blooming.

I get anxious over little things I can't go out without thinking evryone is judging me I always apologies to others even though it wasn't my mistake and I always think I'm worthless I always try to be perfect for others but everyone just tell me how worthless I am and I also have maladaptive daydreaming issue

@anxiousTrash it's ok, you have some issues , but they are common..so don't be like i am the only one like this.. and understand one thing that only one person can get you out of all the problems and that is you. understanding the problems, finding possible solutions, healing the bad past experiences will make you feel happy.. may i know what's your age?

@anxiousTrash i can understand.. most of the parents do not understand these things.. but don't blame them or don't get into conflicts with them.. they are not responsible for it..it's their childhood,education,.. who never let them be liberal to think depression as a normal thing. i too was having depression since i was 14 year old.. i told my parents..but they ignored.. i consulted a psychologist when i was 23 year old.. when I started earning.. i haven't told it to my parents.
