why do i hate eye contact and sometimes my hand shakes when a stranger talks to me and i kept sweeting and my head would be full of thoughts. there was this time i did something embarrassing and i almost cried because their we're many people watching me that time🥲 then my head was full of thoughts like wish i was dead or like can someone kill me. i need help pls

please dont think that way, everyone faces such situation, not always everyone is confident about themselves..... its good tobbe scared at time it will make you feel that okay from next time i will come prepared with a possible conversation in my head. but dont be scared or panic too much. as too much of anything is harmful

yes i know its easy to type on my phone rather facing real people infront of me, even i get panicky. but keep getting scared still try to speak up something, let it be wrong and other person might judge you.... but something is better than nothing... keep trying a s am also trying.
