I use to have that trouble in my teenage, I did meditation ๐งโโ๏ธ wrote journal, shout loud at pillow, breathing exercises, cry yourself out and sleep for while... this are things I did to manage it was hard I tell you but slowly it make you understand

I'm same, don't try to suppress ur emotions.., if u are overwhelmed share it with someone,bcoz that's when u explode,
