I'm going crazy about my exams in 2 weeks I can't study bcz of anxiety I even started having panic attacks. When I see my books my notes ECT.. my heart starts pounding hard inside my chest and I lose control I just start crying and hitting myself. I can't sleep and I can't eat and I can't concentrate. Can't even stop crying and the panic is killing me. help!

you need to calm yourself down don't think about result or paper use breathing techniques during panic attacks and also take small breaks during your study routine...study for 1 hour and then take 5-10 mins break and use your phone or talk to someone during that time..this will not burdenize your mind...stay positive and hydrated .. good luck 😇😇

I totally I understand what you feel. First, you need to calm and take a deep breath. Then have a clear plan of study from the hardest to the simplest subjects,then pray so that God can help relax your nerves and give you the concentration you need.
