not as such I mean it started few years back. when am trying to do anything or in a social place am having panic attacks but surprise it gone within 5-10 min . but those 5-10 min are very pathetic to me

also answer these questions:4 things u can see, 3 things u can touch, 2 things u can hear, 1 thing u can taste. - while having a panic attack, or just focus any thing that beings u calm....
