    The answer is in ur question itself.."you try to smile" don't intentionally try it.. just smile as usual.. how u smile when u meet ur friend or when u see something good? that's the most natural and candid thing..

    be yourself ! DO NOT TRY OR PRETEND TO SMILE ! if it comes natural then smile ,otherwise dont ,simple
