hey i am a student from standered 11th and I too have a girlfriend of same age lately there are being many problems between us and I really don't understand how to fight those problems my girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship she doesn't get attracted to me sexually but still states she loves me she has some semtoms of being a bisexual and she is too facing some mental issues, she sses shadows passing through hears different meaningless voices in her head and she openly talks about all these problems with me I suggest her to tell her mom all about these things but she doesn't out of fear that her mom will ignore and scold her which ik she will, I have tried to tell ter to meditate and also told her to do exercise she doesn't do that aswell her mood is never good her always seems depressed and stressed I really don't understand what to do

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

bro it's okay if she is talking to you about herself. Let her understand herself what she is going through. She thinks you are someone she can open up...and she is doing it..great for relationship.And maybe you can empathise with normal household we have..parents cannot accept that their child is having any mental issues..and therefore she is not sharing anything to her parents...

first of all dear if she not sexually active with u that doesn't mean she doesn't love you ....lving someone doesn't have to be proven sexually ....get this in the first place ......secondly as if she is going through all these problems talk to her ....don't give her reality check when she shares something to u just passify her at that time .....show her ur atmost care and love at times she needs most of it .....cause she is not able to share those thought of her with anyone ....not only that u too share ur worries with her in a way that she also thinks that u see her as a important person in ur life and u too will recieve a same care from her ...bet it .....at last every realtionships has ups and downs but going through them.together understamding one anotjer' hardship makes ur bond stronger ...but always keep yourself in priority and don't froget selflove comes first
