i can understand that while arguing with someone it can stress u out u can feel anxiety but u need u keep ur calm otherwise it will get tough so try to calm down and do some breathing exercises it will help u control ur anxiety

yes.. I was bullied and mentally harrassed at work... my mental state has deteriorated after that incident. it has destroyed my life.. i am stuck in a mental loop. i was not like this before. i now get angry at anything and everything

it will definitely cure you.. everything is just in your mind. don't worry ...try to do things which u wanna do like eating something nice or tour somewhere...work on your hobby... don't think that no one understand you or whatever..you have to love and respect yourself first... never expect anything from anyone... everyone has their own aspects..just understand yourself and love yourself...wish you all d best....there are a lot of person who is in worse condition than you...so start thinking something nice...doing something nice and yaa u r best

dear, there is too much stress in your head... Please take care of your health.. Do any one deep breathing exercise... it will increase oxygen content in the body... Also, stay away from people who creates tension..
