see not for everything you can get a ready-made solution. you need to work on yourself. Understand yourself, prioritize what matters and what not ,also need to understand your emotions where are they coming from...I mean you should not take everything as a stress. There is barely any problem with you but you think it is a big deal. Spend time with yourself and you will understand things
