don't think like that.....if this thought is coming again and again in ur mind then start writing daily i am strong,i am blessed, i am powerful,i will live long, i am happy . each atleast for 21 times and write till the day you feel better. it will help you definitely. try to write before you sleep and meditate after you wake up in the morning. it will help you a lot
