Hello.... if you really want to change...we need to change our thinking first...our subconscious mind is much stronger than we would like to. I would suggest listen to positive affirmations while you're sleeping for a month and you will notice change in your attitude slowly. Though change/healing/spiritual awakening can be painful, as in your inner wounds would uncover themselves, there will be times you'll go crying for reason you don't even know. But accept those emotions and be happy when mood shifts. Accept it as it goes. And try to consume more vegetables and keep meats to fish alone if you can. Meditation works too...for few minutes later if you enjoy it you can increase it.
