yeah its been few months since I have been clinically diagnosed with OCD....You need to remember one thing -almost every person suffers from obsessive compulsion symptoms but depending on the nature of thoughts, the frequency of their appearance, the degree of distress they are causing we can estimate the severity of the disorder or even conclude whether it has reached the point of being called a disorder or not. obsessive compulsion symptoms are common and there is nothing to worry about them but whether the case diverts from symptoms to disorder then it is where the problem comes. The good thing is that OCD is 100% curable. You can consult a psychologist and go for the therapy / take the medications as suggested by the doctor.
