There is no specific reason. I don't worry about anything. But since 3 months, I am not feeling fresh and free minded. And due to this thoughts are coming in my mind that my brain is affected and is not able to work as it used to be. I am just worried due to this. I am not able to concentrate on my studies due to this thought running in back of my head. And now I am having sleep issues also. What to do??
