start by working on things that intrest you the most. Once you dive deep into it you will start forgetting to overthink and focus on task.
Unnecessary thinking is result of depression,mind full of negativity and low decision making ability,all are related to that
so these are results but you forget to mention your problem,feel free to tell
@peskytortoise0 i try to indulge in my studies....but i get distracted....
@humorousicecream1 actually the problem is i can't sit quietly....like i try to calm my mind or just sit and try to focus....i just get weird thoughts and all...out no where....it feels like there's a another person inside my head
i dint know why this is happening....is it because of overthinking?
like i don't why but i create fake conversation and fake situations in my head that will never happen

Try to spend more time on a hobby.. rather than sitting idle
I don't think I have a particular hobby or something
