I was 82kg in 2021 September. in 2022 February i am 75kg. i was happy because I didn't do any exercise yet such weight loss. but my mom and my friend said even though it sounds great it isn't actually. they knew how bad my mental state was and i reduced my food intake. ever since I moved to Hyderabad ( which is like 1month and 19days) i lost almost 4kg. (75 to 71). they keep asking my weight and i kept lying that it's 75. i ate 1/3 of what I used to eat. mainly because I am not so comfortable with the food. ever since Corona my taste buds have changed drastically. took 9months to get my taste and smell back. then it's changed. i can barely stand sour or tangy food. so i cam up with this way to take food. If m very hungry i would eat anything. gradually i am getting used to the food. Started walking 5-6km everyday before dinner. or in the morning. it's just been 3 days but I can now eat more that I used to since the hunger hits really hard. i donno if m doing this right.
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.
