for example rather than giving people reservation in educational institutions... government should work on make more schools or college so that everyone could go to those....this will provide true equality not by giving reservation or accepting some people with less marks

if in field of education in most cases of we see. cut off criteria of reserved categories is decreased with more seats in unis.... but is it really fair?

it's not fair to the candidates of gen category who equally work their ass off , burnt midnight fuel and went through more or less same mental stress just like any other peer of the same race.

for eg -cut off criteria for advance was something like this -90 percentile for gen category, 70%icle for obcs, around 60's something in mains for sc/st...it doesn't look fair from any angle.

You guys all why someone should not get reservation but do you ever wonder someone need reservation in the first place, what's the cause? I guess not

that's the point @growing girl -the ground reality. and a very sensitive topic in our country. do u think if the govt. dares to take any step in right direction, both public and opposition will leave them?

@shivang - that's the thing, now many people from the reserved categories are already uplifted.... and these guys don't need reservation... the only thing I believe the government can regulate it is my giving scholarships to the 'actually' financially weak.

I know that, and I have seen some very very rich and from upptercaste using sc, st, obc kota

sadly people will resort to faking files, if it this is how things gonna be

both discrimination and reservation are wrong. this reservation thing was also supposed to dissolve after so called 10 yrs of upliftment.... I guess 70 yrs aren't enough... if this is the mentality of most people in India... forget abt becoming a 'vishwa guru' Or a developed nation.

isiliye mai ek kehna hai ki apne dharm ya mazhab se pahlay insaan hone ko samjho

pata hai kesa lagta jab tumhaare 80% aaye tab bhi teacher bolta ho aa gaye reservation vaale

Yee insaano ki duniya hai yaha 1 se 1 scenerio milenge dekhne ke liye
