it started 1 month ago anxiety and it did have physical symptoms for almost 2 weeks but it all went away am not anxious anymore but mental symptoms still haunting me. i dont know what to do. brain fog, forgetfulness, low motivation, mind wandering 😠pls and i cant focus because of my thoughts vision problems and eyes goes focus all the time can anyone pls answer and i cant sleep i wake up middle of the sleep i dont know Why
