how to learn software programs without having laptop. If i don't gain those skills I'm not able to get a job. I think I'm wasting my time but i didn't decided what should I in future or what job have to do.(not set my goal,bt have to do something). sometimes i think that software will definitely help in future(completed btech in EEE)
