see fati...i have a friend who used to have anxiety just like you...but now he coped up completely from it....jst remember one thing...while speaking in public...try not to think of the public...jst imagine you are in a dark room and no one is seeing you, so you can speak confidently, and try asking doubts to your teacher in the middle of the class...this simple exercise can improve your condition a lott!!....and speak to as many strangers as possible....u can have new friends and also it boosts up your confidence...and take a deep breath before speaking in public or have plenty of water...or remember a good memory...😄...i truely wish that you recover from it as soon as possible
