Why do you think a good friend of yours spread rumours about you scaring people , bitching about you with other friends and try to put up negative image of yours in others mind? And then them saying that they bitched about you with other person because they were jealous of that person being friends with you so they wanted to let them know that they are your friend? Does this make any sense? This friend has been there for you when you needed their help. They say that you are prioritising other people in life while they have been doing this and when you accepted the fact that you are not important for them , and don’t mind their actions , they create a fuss that you are not prioritising them and are doing the above listed stuff. Now you feel scared of them because they can start any kind of rumour, you start to hate them but you can’t also leave them because they have been there in your bad times, you find them manipulative so you try to put your guard up against them.

it's toxic friendship. You they might have been there you in bad times but they are ruining your present and might be future. If they are being this possessive you could tell them all these problems you have from them. If you see they are understanding , it's fine...if they are not, you can leave them. Also you can't keep sharing thing with them of they are being such manipulative person in your life...maintain distance either they are understanding or not

You must be having many problems in life and you were not focusing on them,and life is a journey friends walk along with us but they are not our whole life so leave them and be yourself,let them them so what they want but don't react what they are doing, if they create rumors let them do,but don't tell anyone about that, people will listen and they will judge your behaviour and that's what the truth is, but at last always keep in mind - To lead your men you must be stronger,sharper and tougher then then, people collaborate with you when you are strong and they leave you when they feel this person is of no use

Yesterday when this friend of mine asked me whom I am going out with, I didn’t give a name, as I didn’t find it necessary, then that person took it soo personally, I don’t know why and when I said that you also talk with people in front of me and don’t bother to tell me about those stuff, this person said I was trying to protect you, if then don’t talk about it in front me, this person is always like you are also like this, leave it… I don’t know how to react, for the first time I was able to tell this person how I felt ar some occasions and this person said I feel it always…. am I a bad person here????
