try to follow a good life style.. workout, some diet, some meditation..and keep some daily source of motivation.. do u do all this things?
i do meditation only when my body gets weaken.i do excercise when I'm in a good relaxed mood.that is me..😔i tried a lot to become consistent..

plan your day in the morning before starting work. it will hardly take 10 minutes and will drastically improve productivity
