Whenever I experience negative thoughts, I do not feel good about it, due to which I do not accept myself. I want to know how I can practice self acceptance. Also, I tend to want approval from others for many things. I want to get out of this habit because people do not approve of many things ( Here, I am talking about the right and good things only). It seems that I am giving too much importance to people's opinions and not my own, due to which I start feeling bad. How do I get out of this habit?
