I am a student of 11th grade ... From last two days I've not studied anything and neither have I done anything productive... I could not sleep at night the day before yesterday and from the last day I just feel drowsy and weak.. I slept for 4hours today in the afternoon and now I feel I must study but the fact is again I've started feeling drowsy and sleepy ....i need to study and complete my tasks but I'm not getting any interest in it...any suggestions regarding this....please !

Hey ....im in 11th too ....ik this productivity thing can be a little difficult sometimes...I was facing the same thing for few weeks....u just need to take few tasks at a time....don't pressure yourself with putting all the task together....calm your mind ....i would suggest to meditate for few minutes

and it's completely fine to feel a little low or not feeling to study.....it's ok to take a break...start studying with your fav sub .....don't try to do multitasking....do something that u really enjoy...... you'll get there dear ❤️have a great day...

hi buddy I am a dropper and I can feel your pain but the thing is can we actually get out of this sate of constant confusion and irritability you know I have a different issue than yours but both are bad I sleep a lot like a lot whenever I try to study I sleep you know sleep is my defense mechanism against the world and it is Interrupting with my daily life I am sorry I didn't help you but instead i shared my story
