YOU JUST NEED TO CALM okay don't let those thoughts come to you....I have the same Anxieties like Illness Anxiety, Hypochondria and Death Anxiety...and also Heart Attack is caused when There is high cholesterol and no physical activity....You must be having some kind of physical activity in your life

just Try the 1-2-3-4 breathing method and try dancing to your favourite songs....If you love singing then start singing your favourite song and once you are calm try and write down your anxiety and the number of panic attacks you get by it and then consult a psychiatrist and you'll be fine

just relax and try some breathing exercises along with meditation to relax your mind

@ayesha007 yes it has...... It's just that I wasn't able to talk about it that much but now I can and whenever I have anxiety I just try to calm myself by these methods but it only happens like once in two months
