Take a deep breath. Let go of the past. Avoid looking at your friends' or peers' results. Start working on your goal now itself. No tomorrow, no today, just NOW. Be consistent. And trust me, you'll be okay.

i guess if you believe that you can give your best next year and just feel exhausted then you're allowed to take break go for it.
