well the thing that's bothering me is the bad aspects of myself that i want to change.... but these aren't changing and coming back

ok zesty listen writing down the things u wanna change in the sheet of paper and list down what's that one thing u wanna change quickly start with one thing and act on it, then go to the 2nd thing u wanna change it will take some time to change ur habits bit doesn't happen in one day so be calm with ur self and stay positive
