set an alarm for wake up early in the morning when u want to wake up.after  alarm ring within 15 min u have to wake up.

I switch off alarm and sleep again.... And my sleep schedule is disturb, I sleep late at night... I am unable to sleep early since childhood.

u have to do mediation before sleeping with  chant this word I have to wake up early in the morning in which time u want  wake up about 50 times .

don't  switch off the  alarm u have to make urself.if u started wake up early in the morning innone week then u  automatically wake up in this time
