Hello I am 23 I feel every time that I am feeling my blood pressure high when I go from doctor my bp will rise above 140 and when i messaure in home my bp become under 120 so this condition make me very anxitious and its create sleeping problem and my mind is not controlled every time feeling bp will high and befor 1 month
