hello. I am Rajeev from India. I have recently joined a job around 15 days ago. But see I am here today unhappy, unsatisfied, demotivated. As I am fresher my salary is really low. Around 15-16k per month. I don't feel like working anymore. But there is an issue. I completed my 12th and graduation with average marks. I have not done anything right my whole life. Average in everything. the problem is I cannot quit my job as I starts seeing some hope in the eyes of my parents. I cannot go back home. I cannot make others to make fun of me and my parents. My friends are doing well in their life. Good package , good lifestyle... The place where I work is full of toxicity... I am in a sales and marketing job.... they just keep me forcing me to get orders... what should I do I have no idea... I just need to talk to someone but nobody is there to listen... alone , stressed, weak thats all I have

Hey, I understand how you feel. Maybe you could work here for a few months and in the meanwhile, search for a better job? Also, please understand that grades do not define you! You are very much capable of getting a job that makes you happy. Don't give up and keep searching. Apply for jobs, contact the HRs.

Everyone will listen to you here...and don't feel low...you should be happy that you have a job..and don't compare yourself to others...Everyone is different..keep doing the job until you get the next. you will learn a lot from this too...Every job has some problems..even I have..but it will not be the same for the whole life..keep trying..n don't wry whenever u feel low come here to talk..😊
