So when you deal with GAD so you can start feeling anxious anytime and about anything..even the smallest things can trigger your anxiety.. Anxiety becomes very generalized part of your life basically..you deal with it regularly evn though there is really nothing to feel anxious about..and in my case it has become really severe coz it just paralyises me..when I get anxiety i can't do anything.. can't eat can't sleep can't study
