managing yourself comes first,learn to love yourself,be at peace with yourself,your happiness is your thing and only you can give it to yourself. You know,attachment is what is the biggest flaw of mankind. However,it's hard to resist.But there has never been a thing which we have not been able to achieve. Again it ain't easy,but again,what's the point if it is....I suck at this explanation,but believe me,to be happy and contented with oneself is the biggest,greatest,most attractive thing you can ever give to yourself.
