today it happened again, as if my heart is going to stop and my breathe is clogged in my throat. i could barely sleep last night and couldn't even consume food. it's like the same thing happening all over again and I'm too anxious about the next step. I had a total of three breakdowns today and I'm really scared about what to do, help me out please.
