hi ik it's a very very late reply,, first I hope you are doing well rn. it gets hard sometimes and sometimes the feeling just remains there always 24 by 7, when yiu wake up, when you do normal stuff, when you go to bed, but if we let our thoughts take control we won't have much of our life. try out for 2 or 3 more years to get back on track and get a healthy mind health. its a battle and we don't want to lose you, try and try but don't lose!
