try doing your favorite things which makes you happy like dancing, shopping, traveling whatever makes you happy just do it without thinking twice.
been there a lot of times. ovethinking, its like feeling everything and nothing at the same time. but it will pass, i promise, you will be happy again. just help yourself, make sure you're willing to be better. and your body will cooperate.
so I talked to my sister and she told my she doesn't think I've felt ANY positive emotions in awhile
